1. Product Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • The warranty covers only the product itself under normal usage conditions. It does not include damage caused by transportation, relocation, corrosion due to chemicals, improper maintenance, misuse, incorrect installation, or modifications, as well as blockages in the product's drainage pipes, plumbing systems, or other issues.
  • In the event of defects, damage, or failure during the warranty period, the company will repair or, if deemed necessary, replace the product or equivalent parts at no additional cost. However, the problem must be verified first. The company's liability is limited to the product itself and does not extend to installation, removal, damage, or any other expenses incurred due to the product.
  • If the product is out of warranty, any service fees and additional costs will be communicated to the customer for approval before proceeding. The warranty period will be determined based on the receipt or other evidence of purchase. The company cannot guarantee the product without such documentation.

2. Warranty Details

  • 2-year warranty on both the structure and system after installation.
  • After the warranty period expires, charges for technician services and travel will apply, excluding the cost of equipment, water pumps, and other accessories. Prices will be quoted before proceeding with any replacements.

3. Warranty Guarantee

  • 5-year product warranty.
  • Free nationwide installation service.
  • Nationwide delivery service.
